The secret is that I like the business model and the price was fairly cheap at that time. I like BNSF’s train routes because it is located in the northwest, southwest and twin cities. Texas’s cities such as Houston are growing rapidly. Texas would need a lot of coals just to provide a lot of electricity.

Forecasting Is Only Possible If You Can See The Future
I have never tried to forecast where the market is going. There are some people that follow market trends. If the Steel sector is going up, they would get in no matter how much the stock price. I think following market trends is like getting in the train when it almost full. The person that got in when the Steel sector was unfavorable, and now it favorable would probably made greater profit than the one who follow market trends.

Dumb Everything You Ever Learn?
Should you dumb everything you ever learn because some guy on the Internet made 100% gain in one month? He would tell you that the older wisdoms don’t work in the current market anymore because he some hot shot. He would lists 25 Do & Don’t that you should follow to gain 100% in one month. If you listen to some hot shot, then I hope it work out for you. Don’t be crying if you lost all your money in a bet.

Final Thought
I wish that I can forecast the market without ever being wrong but I can’t. If I were able to forecast the market, then I probably wouldn’t be traveling right now to Orlando working.
