Ever since I started drinking the new G2 drink I keep having rapid heartbeats. I like the drink but drinking too much can give you some rapid heartbeat or heart attack. The reasons are that it have too much Sodium and Potassium. The drink has about 270mg of Sodium and 75mg of Potassium per bottle. I should have watched what I eat and drink. I had been drinking nothing but G2 and eating Fast Foods.

When I am about to die then I start to do something about it. I did some exercise today for 30 minutes because of the rapid heartbeats. If you take too much Sodium and Potassium, then it can lead to heart attack. The stupid G2 drink (Note to myself no more Gatorade or G2 drink, must throw it away).

Why I am talking about health?
I realize no matter how much money you have; if you pass away, then you can’t take it with you. I also sleep late around 1 am or 2 am. I need about 8 hours of sleep. I need to take a good care of my body more. I need to invest some time and money on my body. I want to have a family and have kids someday. If I keep on drinking and eating junk foods, then sooner or later my body would give up on me.

The issues I have with companies that make soft drinks and junk foods.
Why Pepsi make G2 drink if they know it going to give me a rapid heartbeat or heart attack? What do you think? Why Coca-Cola makes blue PoweRade if they know that it going to make your Dodo green? Do you know why?

Final Thought.
I think it is very hard to take care of your body if the only thing the store sell are junk foods and soft drinks. Pepsi and Coca-Cola need to be liable for the stuffs they put out for consumer to eat. Most of the foods or drinks they sell are not healthy but they still sell the stuffs. They just don’t care if you die from their products as long they make money I think.
