You probably thinking, oh my goodness a another retirement article. Yup, it a another retirement article. Who will you depends on when you can’t work anymore? Do you depends on your kids to help you retire? If you think that Social Security will provides the retirement for you, then you are 100% wrong. You can only depends on yourself not anyone else.

ROTH IRA account

I been searching on the Internet to finds what accounts would be best for my retirement. The only best account I can come up with is ROTH IRA account. The only different between a regular IRA and a ROTH IRA is that in ROTH IRA you don’t pay taxes when you withdraw money for retirement. You pay taxes on the ROTH IRA each year you contribute to it.

Someone told me that ROTH IRA sound too good to be true because the government would probably take your money if you put it in a ROTH IRA when there’s war. I have to admit that was a stupid advices that he told me. If a war should break out between the US and China, and the US lost; then the values of the Green Back would just be worthless because China would set it own monetary currency. Should you own golds and escapes to Canada if that should happen; by the grace of God, that it will never happen.

Summary

I think that ROTH IRA account is your best option for retirement. Don’t think that the government is going to take your money to put it in Social Security. Don’t think that sooner or later the ROTH IRA is going to be tax. You already pays taxes when you contributes to the account. What make you think the government is going to change it? If they do change the rules, then there will be a lot of angry citizens that are going to fight for what is right.
